TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 519 OF 2018 By (1) Perpetua Achieng Okal and (2) Tom Konyango Okal, the deceased's widow and father-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Odhiambo Ogola, the late of South West Seme Location, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 6th March, 2018. CAUSE No. 585 OF 2018 By Siprosa Atieno Abwodha, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Abuodha Odhiro, who died at North Kapuonja, on 12th August, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
