TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 85 OF 2017 By (1) Bonfas Onyango Obuon and (2) Rose Aoko Owuor, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Obuon Ochiel alias Richard Obuon, who died on 19th March. 1993. CAUSE No. 593 OF 2017 By Monica Adhiambo Nyawanda, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Nyawand Ogol, who died at Korando "A", on 12th June, 1992. CAUSE No. 18 OF 2018 By (1) Nancy Achieng Olago and (2) Sarafina Adoyo, both of P.O. Box 679-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Ouko Nyaori alias John Ouko Nyaori, who died at Kisumu, on 14th December, 2016. CAUSE No. 540 OF 2018 By Mary Aoko Anyango, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clarkson Odhong Ogol, who died at Otonglo Location, on 3rd April, 2001. CAUSE No. 593 OF 2018 By Monica Adhiambo Nyawanda, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Nyawanda Ogol. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
