CAUSE No. 183 OF 2018 By Michael Ngari Ndanga, of P.O. Box 15, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Njogu Thagana alias Mwangi Njogu, who died at Kirunda, on 11th May, 1991.
