TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 59 OF 2018 By (1) Rachael Okumu and (2) Kenneth Oundo Mboya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Okumu Achoka, who died on 25th January, 2014. CAUSE N0.68 OF 2018 By (1) Samuel Mwaura Njuguna and (2) Susan Mwihaki Mwaura, both of P.O. 607-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wanjiku Gitau, who died at Amuka, on 7th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
