TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 98 OF 2018 By (1) Richard Kipkoech Lelei and (2) Samwel Kipkorir Lelei, both of P.O. Box 60, Kiptere in Kenya for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapletgoi w/o arap Ngwolomet, who died at Kapkitony, on 1st January, 2002. CAUSE No. 147 OF 2018 By Livingstone Kipkorir arap Suiyon, of P.O. Box 306, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Chebii Chemangira alias Zibora Chebii Chemangira, who died at Litein, on 6th February, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
