TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 61 OF 2018 By (1) Naisenke Moses Rantilei, (2) Nekasio Moses Parpuss and (3) Jackson Peter Rantilei, all of P.O. Box 637, Kajiado in Kenya, the deceased's widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Wandilei Parket alias Moses Rantilei Parpus, who died at District Hospital, Kajiado in Kenya, on 13th August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
