TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 181 OF 2017 By Royd Gitonga Tiras, of P.O. Box 2-400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tiras Nkari Iburi, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 1st July, 2015. CAusE No. 119 OF 2018 By Alice Mikui Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 32, Magumoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agapiu Mwaniki Waithanje alias Mwaniki Waithanji, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
