TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 73 OF 2018 By Margaret Nthenya Vijselaar, of P.O. Box 762, Kilifi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will of Leendert Andriaan Vijselaar alias Leendert Aandrian Vijselaar, who died at Bofa Estate, Kilifi, on 20th December, 2017. CAUSE No. 78 OF 2018 By Charo Katana Kombe, of P.O. Box 227, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Kombe Nzai, who died at Matsangoni, on 13th July, 1987. CAUSE No. 84 OF 2018 By Rose Anyango Juma, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maxwel Otieno Juma, who died on 25th May, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
