TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 213 OF 2018 By Triza Atieno, of P.O. Box 669-40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pamela Auma Maguti, who died at Marindi Sub-location, on 19th April, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
