TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 80 OF 2018 By (1) Loise Wayua Mwikya and (2) Mwendwa Mwikya, both of P.O. Box 88, Kola in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Mwikya Kimeu, who died at Kivani. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2018 By (1) Richard Wambua Mukeku and (2) Dhamas Kikuvi Mukeku, both of P.O. Box 1, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mukeku Kikubi, who died at South B. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
