TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 94 OF 2018 By Anthony Karanja Mungai, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thersia Mbaire Mungai alias Mbaire Mungai alias Mbaire Mungai, who died on 10th June, 2017. CAUSE No. 109 OF 2018 By (1) Michael Njenga Muhia and (2) George Njoroge Muhia, both of P.O. Box 374, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhia Njathi, who died at Mutaraho/Ritho Sub-location, on 10th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
