TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 39 OF 2018 By Isaac Chege Mugucia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Gatu, who died at Githima Sub- location, on 14th February, 1998. CAUSE No. 190 OF 2018 By Zacharia Mwangi Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Macharia, who died at Murang' a Hospital in Kenya, on 8th April, 2006. CAUSE No. 196 OF 2018 By David Gachucha Kiriba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Kiriba C. Mutungu, who died at Kagurumo Sub-location, on 28th September, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
