TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 544 OF 2018 By (1) Michael Akomo Owiti and (2) Paul Otieno Owiti, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Owiti Agulo, who died on 19th April, 1998. CAUSE No. 602 OF 2018 By Samuel Ochieng Onyango, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Roche Menya, who died at Karombo Nyahera, Kisumu, on 10th July, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
