TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 88 OF 2018 By George Mumo Mbolu, of P.O. Box 740-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Kioko Mbolu alias Kioko Mbolu, who died at Sengani Sub-location, on 6th August, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
