TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2018 By (I) Mary Naweriai Mesighana and (2) Zacharia Mbayai Mesighana, both of P.O. Box 86, Taveta in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Habel Mesighana Mbayai alias Habel Mesighana Mbayao, who died at Taveta, on 26th October, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
