TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 127 OF 2018 By Isaac Ndichu Kariuki, of P.O. Box 332, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Kimani Gaturu, who died at Kiunyu Sub-location in 1965. CAUSE No. 139 OF 2018 By Pricilah Wachu Mwangi, of P.O. Box 370, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muthoni Mwangi, who died at Mihango Sub-location, on 11th October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
