TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 78 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Muoki and (2) Boniface Wambua Muoki, both of P.O. Box 550-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muoki Kathilu, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2010. CAUSE No.83 OF 2018 By (1) Juliana Nzisa Muli and (2) Francis Kiilu Muli, both of P.O. Box 3, Mbiuni, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muli Munguti, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
