TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 42 "A" OF 2016 By Catherine Jahenda Lubanga, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Lidahuli Ingadima, who died at Itegero, on 7th March, 1990. CAUSE No. 59 OF 2017 By Wycliff Luvisia Muganda, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Muganda Musiru alias Muganda Musilu, who died at Gavudia Sub-location, on 16th Augst, 2009. CAUSE No. 64 OF 2018 By Mebo Kavetsa Ayodi, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ayodi Zihugwa, who died at Chamkanga Sub-locatoon, on 31st August, 1978. CAUSE No. 74 OF 2018 By Esther Nyangasi Asiligwa, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Asirigwa Simba alias Shadrack Asrigwa Simba, who died at Kedoli Sub- location, on 1st August, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
