WHEREAS Kofinaf Company Limited, of P.O. Box 2739-00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7192 (Original Nos. 110/I, I 11/3/1, 4818 and 4856/1), situate in the northwest of Ruiru Township in Kiambu District, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N27, Folio 313/17, File 8321, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
