THE TRANSFER OF BUSINESS ACT

TRANSFER

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 3 of the Transfer of Business Act, that the M-Pesa Agency business carried on by Twentis Ventures Limted on L.R. No. 209/2788/16 along Ambala Crescent within Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, has been sold and transferred to Jirani Credit Limited effective 1st September, 2018, who will carry on the said business on the same premises. The transferor is Twentis Ventures Limited, of P.O. Box 7651- 00300, Nairobi. The transferee is Jirani Credit Limited, of P.O. Box 7651-00300, Nairobi. The transferee will not assume any of the debts and liabilities of the transferor incurred in connection with the business or at all up to and including the date of the transfer and likewise all debts and liabilities due to the Trasferor up to and including the date of the transfer shall be received by the transferor.
