NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of 21st September, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3261 Kenya, to the owners of Subaru Impreza reg. No. KAK 915N and Suzuki V6 reg. No. KAW 1643, all lying uncollected at Auto Art 2015 Limited, situate along Enterprise Road, of P.O. Box 32344-00600, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the stated motor vehicles are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of storage charges and any other incidental costs including the cost of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed off by way of public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray against all outstanding amounts owing.
