NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle Nissan Advan reg. No. KCH 419F, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which has been lying at the premises of Kengulf Global Trading in Nairob CBD showroom within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of storage charges, auctioneers costs and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed off by either public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray storage charges and any other incidental costs and the shortfall, if any, the owners will be liable thereafter.
