NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the motor vehicle reg. No. KBF 422U BMW 7301, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice which is currently lying at Agba Motors Limited, situate along Ngong Road, Hekima Gardens, Opp. Pirelli, Nairobi, upon payment of storage charges together with interest and cost of publication of this notice and any other incidental costs, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold by either public auction or private treaty without any further refence to the owner and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges.
