NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th August, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 141, in Volume DI, Folio 228/5788, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Doris Alice Andenyi Anjalo, of P.O. Box 51530-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Dorsila Alice Andenyi Anjalo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Dorsila Alice Andenyi Anjalo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Doris Alice Andenyi Anjalo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Doris Alice Andenyi Anjalo only.
