NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th January, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3502, in Volume DI, Folio 234/5860, File No. MMXVII1, by our client, Sarah Aggie Kinara, of P.O. Box 29487-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sarah Aggy Machuka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sarah Aggy Machuka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sarah Aggie Kinara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sarah Aggie Kinara only.
