NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 14th August, 2017, duly executed and registered in the RegistLy of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 285, in Volume Dl, Folio 226/5754, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Rosemary Wanjiru Ndwiga, of P.O. Box 61701-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Venesa Kendi Ndwiga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Venesa Kendi Ndwiga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rosemary Wanjiru Ndwiga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rosemary Wanjiru Ndwiga only.
