TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in CAUSE NO.75 OF 2018 By Rebecca Nyambura Ahmed Njiraini alias Mariam Nyambura Ahmed Njiriani, of P.O. Box 481-00516, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ahemed Noor Jama alias Ahmed Noor Jama, who died at Nairobi, on 24th July, 2006. CAUSE No. 312 OF 2018 By (1) Abdillahi Abdi Hashi and (2) Mohammed Deen Abdi Hashi, both of P.O. Box 27-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdi Yusuf Hashi, who died at Kajiado, on 25th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
