THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO-ORDINATION ACT

(No.8 of 1999)

Pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Impact Assessment and Audit) Regulations. 2003, the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has received an Environmental Impact Assessment Study Report for the above proposed project. The proponent. Edermann Properties Limited, is proposing to construct 12No. blocks of residential development comprising 21ONo. one bedroom units, 1428No. two bedroom units, 8IONo. three bedroom units, 2No. basement, 2529No. parking facilities, 20No. lifts, 16No. ramps, ,associated facilities and amenities. The following are the anticipated impacts and proposed mitigation measures. Impacts Proposed Mitigation Measures Vegetation • Restore cleared sites with indigenous disturbance vegetation upon completion of construction.
