WHEREAS Njoroge Kago (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.20 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered as Githunguri/Kanjai/1383, and whereas the the principal magistrate's court at Githunguri in succession cause No. 142 of 2016, has issued grant letters of administration to (I) Mary Nyokabi Njoroge and (2) Daniel Kago Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 21, Githunguri, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of Njoroge Kago (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 in the name of (I) Mary Nyokabi Njoroge and (2) Daniel Kago Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njoroge Kago (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAzETrE NOTICE No. 10167 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No.3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Njoroge Kago (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, registered as SolailNdungiri Block 2/195, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in succession cause No. 142 of 2016, has issued a grant in favour of Mary Nyokabi Njoroge, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of Njoroge Kago (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 in the name of Mary Nyokabi Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njoroge Kago (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
