THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Oliver Bwoga (PP/805794), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.7 hectare or thereabouts, known as North Karachuonyo/Kakwajuokl964, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas the records held by this office shows that the said piece of land belongs to (I) Jacob Otieno Bwoga, (2) Samwel Okoth Bwoga, (3) Denis Ochieng Bwoga Owuor, (4) John Oliver Bwoga and (5) Joseph Oyieno Bwoga, and whereas the land title deed said was fraudulently issued to John Oliver Bwoga (PP/B05794), and whereas efforts to compel him to surrender the title deed have failed, notice is given that after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the intended partition, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Oliver Bwoga (PP1B05794), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
