WHEREAS Amina Akinyi Thomas, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwa]e/Diani Complex/923, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made o locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the dale hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
