PURSUANT to Article 179 of the Constitution, section 30 (2) of the County Governments Act, 2012, section 137 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and Regulation 209 of the Public Finance Management (County Governments) Regulations, 2015, It is established a forum to be known as the Vihiga County Budget and Economic Forum with the membership consisting of— Under sub-section 2 (a)— The Governor—Chairperson Under sub-section 2 (b)— The Deputy Governor; County Executive Committee Member-Finance and Economic Planning; County Executive Committee Member–Public Service, Administration and Co-ordination of County Affairs; County Executive Committee Member, Health Services. County Executive Committee Member, Youths, Gender, Sports, Culture and Social Services; County Executive Committee Member, Transport and Infrastructure; County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Housing and Physical Planning; County Executive Committee Member, Environment, Water, Natural Resourses and Forestry; County Executive Committee Member, Gender, Culture, Youth and Sports and Culture; County Executive Committee Member, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives; County Executive Committee Member, Education, Science and Technology.
