REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kishor Dayalji and (2) Nilesh Dayalji, both of P.O. Box 442–40100, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.2000 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Mun/Block 9/126, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
