REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moses Ngugi Gakonde (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/Kinamba Mwenje Block I/816, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 53 of 1992, has issued grant in favour of Beth Muthoni Ngugi, and whereas the said Beth Muthoni Ngugi has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L 19 and whereas the said 26th October, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Beth Muthoni Ngugi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Moses Ngugi Gakonde (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
