REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gatu Thiongo, of P.O. Box 17, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Othaya/Kiandemi/1114, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court/ senior principal magistrate’s court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 19 of 2013, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Beatrice Gachambi Gatu and (2) Three others, both of P.O Box 17, Otaya, in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and issue to the said (1) Beatrice Gachambi Gatu and (2) Three others, and upon such registration the land certificate issued to the said Gatu Thiongo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
