REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elisha Mbuya Ooro, of P.O. Box 955, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. 2116/356, situate in the Kitale Municipality in the district of Tranzoia, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 38678/1, and whereas Standard Charted Bank Limited has executed an instrument of discharge of change in favour of Elisha Mbuya Ooro and whereas Affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65(1)(h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as No. I.R. 38678/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
