NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 7th August, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1055, in Volume DI, Folio 238/5896, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Johana Kweri Wangui, of P.O. Box 43, Gatura in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as John Maina Tabitha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Johana Maina Tabitha, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Johana Kweri Wangui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Johana Kweri Wangui only.
