Box 87−20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Eric Ng’ang’a Mburu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Eric Ng’ang’a Mburu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eric Mburu Francis, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Eric Mburu Francis only.
