NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 10th September, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 331, in Volume DI, Folio 256/6137, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Zephorah Judith Njeri Kariuki Weru, of P.O. Box 468−00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ziporah Judith Njeri Weru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ziporah Judith Njeri Weru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zephorah Judith Njeri Kariuki Weru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zephorah Judith Njeri Kariuki Weru only.
