the following reasons: • The awards had discrepancies in computations • Had omissions and errors in areas acquired • Changes in size of land acquired as result of project re- alignment causing some of the remaining portions of land being uneconomical and in accessible • Some major developments were partially affected hence need to acquire whole. • Other parcels of land were severely affected by the project by either splitting them into none useful and uneconomical portions • Overlapping of boundaries The Commission advises that individual details of how each parcel of land is affected is available and is in office.
