Box 4307, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dan Nyangau Masongo, late of Nyanguru, who died at Getembe Hospital in Kenya, on 4th November, 1994. CAUSE No. 340 OF 2015 By Fredrick Mogire Momanyi, of P.O Box 2113-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Momanyi Nyaruri, late of Boronyi Sub-location, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 19th October, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
