TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this Court in: CAUSENO.45 OF 2018 By (1) Ann Njoki Ngendo and (2) Judy Cliebet Rono, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seur Kichengo Naitera alias Seuri Kishengo Naiteria, who died along Maimahio Narok Road. on 12th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
