TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 138 OF 2018 By (1) Joyce Lodenyi Mwanzi and (2) Samuel Vuhuru Kamasi, the deceased's mother and son, repectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Sudi, who died at Athi River, on 19th April,2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
