TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 209 OF 2018 By Colastica Awino Ofunya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogondo Otike, who died on 15th Aapril, 1976. CAUSE No. 212 OF 2018 By Vincent Ouma Ochieng, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jairo Ochieng' Dwasi, who died on 7th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of pSeptember July, 2018.
