WHEREAS Enock Kitoi Mama, of P.O. Box 135, Sosiot in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as KerichofKapsuser/709, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho under succession cause No. H.C./R.M. 16 of 1997, has issued a grant of letters of administration intestate to Joseph Kiptonui Rono, and whereas all efforts to trace the land title deed have failled, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no written objection has been received within that period.
