REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jeffery Walter Pereira and (2) Rashid Alibhai Pereira (as joint proprietors), both of P.O. Box 85952-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.8690 hectare or thereabouts, subdivision No. 693/III/MN, situate north of Mtwapa Creek in the Kilifi District, registered under certificate of title No. C.R. 16014, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
