REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Monicah Manga Kibe, of P.O. Box 17, Mokowe in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Lamu District, registered under title No. Lamu/Hindi/Magogoni/2377, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no written objection has been received within that period.
