REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Awadh Omar Bayusuf, of P.O. Box 84154, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of an estate in fee simple all that piece of land situate in Malindi, Kilifi District, known as Plot No. 10689/Malindi, under title No. LT 38, Folio 306/A, File No. 8137 and whereas the original indenture in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional indenture under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
