REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Stephen Ndeleva Mudsya, (2) Helen Munyiva Nguli and (3) Isaac Nguli Muasya, are administrators to the estate of (1) John Nguli Muasya (deceased), (2) Daniel Mutinda Wambua, (3) Sammy Kasila Wambua and (4) Muasya Wambua, as administrators to the estate of Philip Wambua Muasya (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/VII/476 (original No. 442/4), situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area (Eastleigh), by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered as N43 Folio 35/13 File 13270, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
