THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Ndungu Njuguna, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.300 hectares or thereabout, situate in 19th October, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3587 the district of Thika, registered as Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/T.3487, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1714 of 2015, has directed that the name of Patrick Ndungu Njuguna be cancelled and replaced with that of Teresia Wanjiru Njuguna, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of Patrick Ndungu Njuguna, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed in the name of Teresia Wanjiru Njuguna, and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Ndungu Njuguna, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 19th October, 2018. R.
